Alarm Clock – Loud Wake Up

By downloading or using Alarm Clock – Loud Wake Up (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use.

  1. APP FUNCTIONALITY
    The App provides alarm clock, timer, stopwatch, and world clock features. The App is provided “as is” without guarantees that alarms will always trigger due to device settings, battery restrictions, notification permissions, or operating system limitations.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • Notifications are enabled

  • Volume is set appropriately

  • Do Not Disturb / Focus modes are configured correctly

  • The device has sufficient battery power

The developer is not responsible for missed alarms caused by device configuration or system behavior.

  1. PREMIUM FEATURES
    Some features require a Premium subscription. Premium access is managed through Apple In-App Purchases and billed through the user’s Apple ID.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

Users can manage subscriptions in:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

  1. ADVERTISING
    The free version of the App may display advertisements. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks and may use device identifiers in accordance with their privacy policies.

  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

  • Missed alarms

  • Data loss

  • Device issues

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS
    These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
